Doug has experience leading business operations and strategy in a range of industries, including maritime operations, automotive, shipbuilding, and aerospace.
At Carnival, he helps maintain a fleet of more than 102 ships and focuses on standardizing asset management processes. Prior to Carnival, he was general manager and vice president manufacturing at Global Powertrain Systems. Doug has worked at McKinsey and Company and consulted on procurement, supply chain management, and business operations in the defense and aerospace industries. He also oversaw the construction of catamaran ferries as a naval architect and marine engineer at Derecktor Shipyards. He holds a BS from the Webb Institute and an M.S. and MBA from MIT.
Sanjay Rajan, helps business leaders drive successful outcomes from data-related Industry 4.0 initiatives. Prior to joining Tamr, Sanjay led Digital Transformation Strategy at Siemens for over a decade and played a key role in delivering Autodesk's Go-to-Market Strategy. Sanjay earned a PhD in Electronics at the University of Arkansas and received an MBA in Operations & Finance at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
