Santander UK is a leading financial services provider with around 15 million customers across retail and corporate businesses. The corporate and commercial division within Santander set out to implement a new credit lending system. Santander UK partnered with Tamr to create a single, consolidated view of each retail customer. Tamr’s human-guided machine learning technology helped identify and merge existing duplicate customer records and prevent future duplicate records from being created.

Jonathan is a corporate banker who runs Digital Transformation for SME, Commercial and Corporate in the UK. He is a mechanical engineer by undergraduate degree and holds a master's degree in banking management and practice. He has held roles in coverage (relationship banking), credit risk, operations, change and leadership. He researched and wrote his master's degree dissertation, using scale social data in credit risk modeling, using AI, which was a global first. Jonathan's team and he have won 6 global industry awards in recent years for their work in banking technology.

Ravi is responsible for worldwide pre-sales activities with partners and financial services. Ravi has been at Tamr for 4 years, most recently leading the expansion into EMEA and Asia.
